1. Data Controller
The data controller is Jan Klimeš, company ID (IČO) 03859762, registered office Drážné 1100, 742 66 Štramberk (hereinafter the "controller"). You can contact us by e-mail at zazijautocross@gmail.com or by phone at +420 792 646 168.
2. What Data We Process
Through the contact form on this website we process:
- first and last name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional),
- topic of the enquiry and message text,
- IP address and time of submission (to protect the form against abuse).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry, based on your consent and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Protecting the form against spam and abuse (storing the IP address, Cloudflare Turnstile) is our legitimate interest.
4. Retention Period
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, but no longer than 3 years from submission. After that they are deleted.
5. Recipients and Processors
We use the following service providers to run the website:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting,
- Neon Inc. — database,
- Cloudflare, Inc. — image storage (R2) and form protection (Turnstile),
- Resend — e-mail notification delivery,
- Upstash — form rate limiting,
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Tag Manager / traffic measurement, if you consent,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — marketing tools, if you consent.
6. Transfers Outside the EU
Some of the listed providers are based in the USA. In such cases, transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Independent Services (E-shop and Booking)
The e-shop eshop.zazijautocross.cz (run on the Shoptet platform) and the booking system rezervace.zazijautocross.cz (Reservio) are independent services with their own privacy terms. When you switch to these services, their terms apply.
8. Your Rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this document prevails.
